GENERAL FAQ’s

Q: Where do we meet for the tours? 

A: Electric Scooter and Bicycle tours begin and end at our headquarters located at 801 2nd Ave S, Nashville, TN.  

A: Tipsy Barrel Bus Tours begin at 1911 Division St. Nashville, TN (Behind Losers Bar)

Q: How to book a tour? 

A: We recommend and ask you book our tours on our website.  You may call and book day the day of, however, seats are limited and we sell out well in advance. 

Q: How long is each tour? 

A: Each tour lasts about 1 hour and 45 mins to 2 hours.  

Q: Where does each tour go? 

A: Each tour is different and reading the description will give you a better idea of what you will see along the tour.

Q: What is your cancellation policy? 

A: 

  • Any person who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol prior to any tour will not be allowed to participate and no refund will be given. 

  • If we cancel for the weather then you will receive a 100% refund.  

Q: Age and other restrictions. 

A: For safety reasons the minimum age on electric scooters is 14.  

A: For bicycle tours we ask that children are 10 years old. The seat heights are adjustable, however, riders who are under 4′ may not reach pedals.  There is a maximum weight limit of 250 pounds per person. 

Q: What are the hours of Music City Good Time Tours? 

A: We are open daily 9:00am-7:00pm.   

Q: Should we tip our driver? 

A: Absolutely! It’s how they pay rent. Show your appreciation for their talent with good old fashioned American cash after they show you a great time around town. 

Q: How many people is required to book a tour? 

A: There is a minimum total for a electric scooter / bicycle tour of 5 people. If you have less then five call us and we will figure it out.  

Q: Why do we need to sign a waiver? 

A: We take all the necessary safety precautions to ensure you have a safe and wonderful time however; you take responsibility if you get hurt. 

Q: Why all the rules? 

A: City Ordinance requirements hold us to a standard. Your Tour Driver will go over the rules and behavior expectations at the beginning of your tour. Most of these expectations are outlined on the waiver.  However, if you act in a dangerous or unruly manner, you will be asked to leave the tour. 

Q: Can I participate in if I am pregnant?  

A: Yes, you may participate in the Tipsy Barrel Tours however, not on the bicycle or electric scooter tours. 

TIPSY BARREL BUS FAQ’s

Q: What can you bring on the Tipsy Barrel Bus? 

A: This tour is a BYOB!. NO glass items please, you may secure those desired drinks in a plastic container.  We provide the cooler, ice and cups. 
 

Q: What happens on the Tipsy Barrel Bus with bad weather? 

A: We ride in the rain as long as it is not unsafe conditions. 

 

SCOOTER TOUR FAQ’s

Q: What can you bring for scooter tours? 

A: You must be able to safely carry what you bring.  We sell wonderful Music City Good Time Tour Fanny packs at our location for your convenience to carry your items.  We recommend sunscreen if desired. You may secure large items at our location.

Q: Do you provide helmets? 

A: Yes, customers are required to wear helmets on both the Electric Scooter Tours and the Bicycle Tours. 

Q: What should we wear? 

A: Wear comfortable clothing and dressed for the weather and please do NOT wear open toe shoes on the electric scooter and bicycle tours.

Q: What happens with the bike and scooter tours with bad weather? 

A: If bad weather is possible we will do our best to call a few hours prior to your tour and cancel while issuing you a %100 refund.  We will do bicycle tours in light rain however, we will not conduct electric scooters in any rain at all. 

 

BICYCLE TOUR FAQ’s

Q: What can you bring for bicycle tours? 

A: Your bicycle has a small basket for personal items and water.  Anything else you must be able to carry safely or secure at our location. 

Q: Do you provide helmets? 

A: Yes, customers are required to wear helmets on both the Electric Scooter Tours and the Bicycle Tours. 

Q: What happens with the bike and scooter tours with bad weather?
